#FOOD: MOTT 32 LAUNCH GOLDEN HOUR MENU INCLUDING SABRAGE CEREMONY

Mott 32 Toronto is introducing a daily sabrage ritual to open Golden Hour.

Mott 32’s Golden Hour runs daily from 4 to 7 p.m. Each evening, Head Sommelier Justin Manzoni will saber a bottle of Champagne in the dining room, bringing a little ceremony to the start of the evening. Guests in the restaurant at that moment will receive a complimentary glass while the bottle lasts.
