#FIRSTLOOK: NETFLIX’S COMING-OF-AGE SLATE EVENT

Netflix held a COMING-OF-AGE Slate event in Los Angeles this week, where stars of all their Young Adult series came together!

A look back at the coming-of-age stories you love on Netflix with exclusive new footage of upcoming series and films.

WHAT:

On Thursday, August 13th, Netflix hosted a Red Carpet for Netflix’s End of Summer Bash—celebrating the stars who define Netflix’s coming-of-age storytelling, from legacy icons to fresh faces across upcoming titles. The event took place at Laya Restaurant in Los Angeles.

Leading into the event, Netflix hosted a special 60-minute edition of Evan Ross Katz’s Shut Up Evan “The Group Chat” podcast, recorded live in front of an audience in Los Angeles at Netflix’s Tudum Theater. Guest interviews included Netflix film and series talent Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Best of the Best, Never Have I Ever), Anna Cathcart (XO, Kitty, To All The Boys Franchise), Nikki Rodriguez (My Life with the Walter Boys, On My Block), Miku Martineau (Crew Girl, BET) and Kristina Bogic (The Body) for an intimate, nostalgia-meets-what’s-next conversation, taking the guests back to where it all started on Netflix and forward to where they’re headed next.
