#FOOD: SUITE 115 X GOOD THIEF COLLABORATION – JANUARY 29, 2026 ONE NIGHT ONLY

Suite 115, located at 532 College St, is proud to host Vancouver’s Good Thief (2025 MICHELIN Exceptional Cocktail Experience and Michelin Bib Gourmand) for a one-night-only guest shift on January 29, 2026, from 9 pm to midnight. This event pairs Oliver Leung, co-owner of Suite 115, with Liam Nguyen, bartender at Good Thief, to showcase a shared approach to technique-driven cocktails rooted in Canadian ingredients and Southeast Asian influences. Reservations are not required to enjoy this event.

Oliver Leung is an experienced bartender with a Level 3 WSET Award in Wine & Spirits and a background in bar operations and brand management. At Suite 115, his approach centers on technical precision, thoughtful cocktail development, and a restrained, ingredient-driven style.

Liam Nguyen of Good Thief brings a competitive and creative edge to the collaboration. He is a World Class Canada 2024 and 2025 Semi-Finalist, Giffard Canada 2024 Regional Finalist, Hennessy My Way 2025 Regional Finalist, and St-Rémy Canada 2026 National Finalist, and is recognized as one of Vancouver’s rising bartending talents.

Both Suite 115 and Good Thief were recently named Regional Top 10 Honourees for Best New International Cocktail Bars 2025 by the Spirited Awards®, placing them among Canada’s most innovative cocktail destinations. The collaboration offers Toronto guests a rare opportunity to experience Good Thief’s MICHELIN-recognized cocktail program in a Toronto bar setting.
