The Expendables 3 is evidence that a Sequel can surpass its Predecessors. Though the first two Films did an excellent job establishing the Motley Crew, it is the latest Instalment that makes the most out of the mix. And the mix is more eclectic than ever before.

Adapting Lois Lowry's The Giver appears a daunting task considering its massive Fanbase and a large amount of ground to cover. I have never read the Book, but with that being said, it is uncertain just how Fans of the Book might react to the upcoming take by Director Phillip Noyce (Salt). Aside from issues with pacing, The Giver's saving graces are two standout performances by its two Male Leads.

For first-time Feature Writer/Director and Rookie Blue Star Adam Macdonald, partnering with Missy Peregrym, also from that popular Series, seemed like an obvious choice in Backcountry. As far as suspense Drama/Horror Films go, the Film is a welcome addition in the saturated Genre.

Fans of 2010's The Trip will rejoice about The Trip to Italy, likewise an edited Film version of Michael Winterbottom's acclaimed British TV Series starring Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. We catch up with the famous Friends as they head on a roadtrip which takes them from Liguaria to Naples to Rome and ultimately the captivating Capri, where Coogan's on-screen Son Joe (Timothy Leach) joins the two. Films like Into The Storm seem to be second nature for Director Steven Quale whose last outing, Final Destination 5, was another extremely entertaining work of ridiculous exhaustion. For a Film like Into The Storm, the level of entertainment is key and thankfully Quale and Screenwriter John Swetnam deliver an absurd amount of entertainment and suspense in their 90-minute Tornado-Thriller.
