Curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero, the 7-course tasting menu highlights dishes such as A5 Japanese Wagyu Striploin, and a signature sushi course featuring Foie Gras Oshi Sushi and Ikura Uni Mini Don. The experience concludes with a bright Yuzu Parfait crafted by MICHELIN-starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi.
