This winter, the iconic KŌST on the 44th floor of the Bisha Hotel is transforming into a luxurious après ski escape with the return of the highly anticipated KŌST Chalet, a limited-time activation in partnership with Grey Goose®.

The KŌST Chalet invites guests into an exclusive alpine-inspired retreat where Toronto’s dazzling cityscape meets the natural elegance of Lake Tahoe. The chalet’s ambiance is a perfect blend of rustic charm and sophisticated warmth, designed by Caspar Haydar Design. The inviting décor, with its plush furnishings, warm lighting, and stunning views of the city below, sets the stage for a memorable winter evening in the clouds.

Après Ski-Inspired Delights

Indulge in an exquisite culinary experience featuring hearty après ski-inspired dishes, curated to complement the winter atmosphere. Executive Chef Luca presents a cozy menu that elevates traditional comfort food, returning items from the Cheese Fondue, Short Rib Poutine, French Onion soup, Beef Bourguignon to Creme Caramel.
